Since many of our products are spiritual, handcrafted, ritualistic, natural, or sourced from different artisans and suppliers, slight variations in color, texture, shape, size, or appearance are natural and should not be considered defects.

Physical Products Replacement Policy

To be eligible for a replacement:

The issue must be reported within 72 hours of delivery.

An unboxing video from the beginning of opening the sealed package is mandatory.

Clear videos of the issue must be shared. Please Note: Not images.

The product must remain unused and in its original packaging.
Without a proper unboxing video, replacement requests may not be accepted.
Non-Eligible Cases for Replacement
Replacement requests will not be accepted for:

Minor color, texture, shape, or size variations in crystals, herbs, candles, incense, woods, stones, or handmade items

Natural cracks, inclusions, marks, patterns, or uneven formations in crystals and stones

Fragrance preferences or subjective dislike of aroma-based products

Delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, customs, festivals, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances

Change of mind after purchase

Improper handling, storage, or misuse after delivery

Replacement Process
Once your request is reviewed and approved:

A replacement product will be dispatched within the available processing timeline.

In cases where the same product is unavailable, a similar-value replacement or store credit may be offered.

Lotus Petalss reserves the right to deny replacement requests if the provided proof is incomplete, edited, suspicious, or submitted beyond the allowed timeline.

Once access is shared, no cancellations or refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
1:1 Sessions & Bookings

All tarot readings, healing sessions, consultations, occult guidance sessions, and spiritual appointments are non-refundable.

Rescheduling may be allowed with prior notice of 24 hours depending on availability.

Missed appointments without prior notice may not be compensated or rescheduled.
